What Incidents Are Covered

1. Theft with police report
2. Damage
3. Malfunction — after 30 days
4. Loss — may require a police report and/or recent cell phone bill for validation of Request for Service

What Circumstances Are Not Covered?

  1.  Loss of use and any consequential loss The real or perceived loss of data, time, financial opportunity or any other consequence arising from the loss    of use of the wireless device.
  2.  Normal wear and tear or negligence
  3.  Inventory shortage—if the device lost and is no longer available, a similar model will be issued as a replacement.
  4.  Dishonest or malicious acts by member or authorized users
  5.  Non-functional damage—e.g. marring, scratching, chipping, unless caused by theft or threat thereof.
  6.  Liquid damage or pervasive corrosion due to normal wear and tear
  7.  Loss in a body of water
  8.  Unexplained disappearance
  9.  Theft from unattended premises or a vehicle not reasonably secured
10. In transit either through postal or courier services
11. Incidents outside the US/Canada
