What shipping provider do you use, and can we change or upgrade shipping services?

We use UPS ground for shipping, unless other arrangements are made between the customer and equipment blowouts.
equipment blowouts offers free ground shipping on its products. If a customer wishes to receive the item faster, special arrangements can be made.

How quickly do you ship after receiving the order?

We commonly ship with in 24 to 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. If a shipment should be delayed or back ordered, we will notify the customer and give them an ETA, and also the option for a refund, or store credit.

What is the warranty on the products?

All new product comes with the manufacturers warranty. Refurbished product comes with a 60 day warranty  All product is eligable for our inexpensive warranty program.

What payment methods do you except?

We except, check or money order, also visa, mastercard, amex and paypal.

Do you offer discounts if I buy more than one phone?

Yes we do and will offer on a case by case basis depending on model and quantities.

How is defective product handled?

If you should receive a defective product, we ask that you return the product to be fixed or exchanged.  Turn around time on defects is handled with in 24 to 48 hours. excluding transit time.
